If only people understood how important it is to be consistent. Everything that has value in life is a product of consistency. Success, health, fitness, wealth, relationships, and all other aspirations are all about consistency.

Excellence can be obtained if you care more than others think is wise, risk more than others think is safe, dream more than others think is practical, expect more than others think is possible.

Everybody does not have to like you. That is not their job. Liking you is not anyone’s purpose in life except yours.

Never give up on what you really want to do. The person with big dreams is more powerful than one with all the facts.

It can feel scary to make a big decision knowing that the future is uncertain, but we can’t panic and obsess our way to clarity. Sometimes we simply need to get out of our head and give our heart some space to find the answer.

We all have ‘issues’ because we all have a story. And no matter how much work you’ve done on yourself, we all snap back sometimes. So be easy on you. Growth is a dance. Not a light switch.

如果你不会飞那就跑吧，如果你不会跑那就走吧，如果你不会走那就爬吧，但是无论你做什么，你都要继续往前走。
