桑始叶螨(mulberry mite)桑始叶螨(mulberry mite)吮吸桑叶汁液的害虫之一,蜱螨目,叶螨科,学名为Eotetranychus suginamensis Yokoyama,别名桑红蜘蛛、桑东方叶螨。成虫体小型,橙黄色,雌虫长约0.4mm,后部钝圆;雄虫长0.35mm,后部瘦削。体躯分节不明显 ,背面隆起,腹面扁平,口器刺吸式。前体部背面有两对红色球状单眼和3对刚毛,后体部着生刚毛5横旬。雌成虫分布为3、2、2、2、1对,共20根;雄成虫分布为3、2、2、2、2对,共22根。卵球形,直径0.1mm,初产时无色透明,后渐变为淡黄色。卵孵化后称幼虫,体圆形淡黄色,仅有足3对。桑始叶螨一年发生10余代,以成虫在枯枝落叶上或枝干裂隙或杂草上越冬。翌年春芽萌发即开始活动,移集叶背,沿叶脉交叉处吐丝结网,并在其中取食产卵,经一周左右孵化,再经2-3次脱皮,变为成虫。卵发育温度8℃,最适25-26℃,湿度为60%。中国的浙江、贵州、四川等省常见成灾,江苏也有。春初开叶时,主要是越冬成虫在叶背沿叶脉吸食,被害处呈半透明白斑,后逐渐变黄脱落。保持桑树桑地清洁,对枯枝落叶杂草应及时清除,以消灭越冬成虫;在发生季节,可用波美0.2-0.4度的石硫合剂、80%敌敌畏1000-2000倍液、20%乐果500倍液或20%三氯杀螨醇5000倍液进行喷布,也可喷洒清水以抑制虫口。
