压电功能复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以橡胶、环氧树脂、压电高分子材料(如PVDF)为基体材料,锆钛酸铅(PZT)、钛酸铅、偏铌酸铅等压电陶瓷粉末为功能体复合而成,具有压电性质的复合材料。与单质压电材料相比较,压电复合材料具有许多优良性能,它具有更高的水声换能优值q(q=dhgh),能制作更灵敏的主动声纳和水听器,PZT的q值约为200×10-15m2/N,最好的单质材料PbNb2O6的q值也仅为2000×10-15m2/N,而PZT和高分子材料通过适当方式复合制成的压电复合材料q值可达200 000×10-15m2/N,为PZT的1000倍。由于相对密度较小与水声阻抗匹配得更好,而减小声波在界面上的反射。复合材料具韧性,更能承受由压力涨落而引起的机械力冲击,并易做成所需的形状。
