免疫球蛋白轻链分子式：CAS号：性质： 又称轻链，L链。指在免疫球蛋白单体分子中相对于重链而论，在分子量上较小的多肽链。每条轻链近氨基末端（N端）1/2区域内的氨基酸组成序列多变处为轻链可变区（VL），是Ig分子与抗原结合部位的一个组成部分。其余1/2区域内的氨基酸组成及排列顺序相对稳定处为轻链恒定区（CL）。由于轻链恒定区内氨基酸序列存在某些差异，故轻链有k（分子量2.3×104）和λ（分子量7×103）两型。在一个Ig单体分子中两条轻链型别是完全相同的。
