傅里叶变换拉曼光谱分子式:CAS号:性质:是近红外激发拉曼技术与傅里叶变换技术的结合。由钱特里(Chantrey)于1964年首次提出,1986年赫希菲尔德(Hirschfeld)和蔡斯(Chase)在技术上实际应用。可测定含荧光和对光不稳定的化合物的拉曼光谱,进行化合物的全谱扫描,且速度快,谱图重现性好;用近红外光激发,可直接测到生物组织内分子的信息。在化学、生物和生物医学样品的非破坏性结构分析方面具有优势,可望发展。
