盐酸合成炉分子式：CAS号：性质：由燃烧室、燃烧喷嘴和膜式吸收冷却塔和回收塔组成。燃烧室是耐热不透性石墨制成的圆筒，外侧复以钢壳，两者之间通冷却水。燃烧喷嘴主要部分是透明石英套管，安装在燃烧室最上部的不透性石墨支架内，内管通氯气，外管通氢气，采用向下喷燃方式。膜式吸收冷却塔系不透性石墨制多管式结构。由燃烧室生成的氯化氢气体与回收塔来的吸收水顺流冷却吸收，成品盐酸由下部排出。回收塔是不透性石墨制填充式冷却吸收塔，吸收由膜式吸收冷却塔逸出的剩余氯化氢气体。特点是结构紧凑、传热效率高、拆装方便、寿命长、操作简单。
