铁氧体吸波材料(ferrite wave absorption materials)分子式:CAS号:性质:又称铁氧体吸波材料(ferrite wave absorption materials)。利用铁氧体磁损耗吸收电磁波原理而制成的一类铁氧体材料。系将吸收的电磁波能量转变为热能而被驱散。主要有锰-锌系、镍-锌系的六角晶系铁氧体或他们的复合物构成的吸收材料。六角晶系铁氧体(如Co2Y,Cu2Y,Zn2Y,CO2Zn等)的饱和磁化强度0.119~0.267T,初始磁导率(1~27)4π×10-1mT/A,居里温度130~410℃。这类材料可分为:(1)结构型。以相应的金属氧化物制成的铁氧体整体烧结成一定形状的器件;(2)涂敷型。用铁氧体颗粒作吸波剂,与黏结剂混合制成吸波介质材料。吸收层厚度为几个毫米。为拓宽吸收频率范围,可把这类铁氧体材料粉末掺入氯丁橡胶或水泥或泡沫塑料等材料中,制成要求的形状。可用于制作回波隔离室的墙壁、飞机和导弹抗跟踪吸收层、微波系统的匹配负载等。
