钾的测定钾的测定determination of potassium分为速效钾、缓效钾和矿物态钾3种。交换性钾包括水溶性钾在内。这部分钾能很快地被植物吸收利用，故称为速效钾。常常用它来衡量土壤钾的供应状况。缓效钾或称非交换性钾，是土城速效钾的主要储备仓库，常用作为土壤供钾潜力的指标.矿物态钾植物难以吸收利用.因此土壤钾素肥力的供应能力主要决定于速效钾和缓效钾。土峨中钾的浏定测定前先要将样品分解，将难溶性钾，变成可溶性钾，再对溶液中的钾进行测定。土壤全钾的测定①样品分解，有碱熔和酸溶两类.较早采用的是J.L.史密思(s mith)提出的NH4CI一CaCO:碱熔法。后来使用HF一HC10.酸溶法，但需用昂贵的铂增竭和有通风设备，也有采用聚四氟乙烯塑料柑坍代替的.采用较普遍的是Na0H熔融法。NaOH的熔点(321，C)比Na:CO:(853，C)低，土样经碱熔后，使难溶的硅酸盐分解成可溶性化合物。用酸溶解后可不经脱硅和去铁、铝等步骤，稀释后即为钾的待测液。该法操作方便，分解也较为完全，而且可用银增祸(或镍柑涡)，适于一般实验室应用。②溶液中钾的测定。有亚硝酸钻钠法、四苯硼钠法、钾电极法和火焰光度法等.现在多采用火焰光度法。即将待测液用压缩空气使溶液喷成雾状，与汽油或其它可嫩气体混合然烧。试液中的钾离子则发射特征光谱，用钾滤光片分离选择后，由光电池或光电倍增管将火焰发出的光能变成光电流，再由检流计指示其强度，然后计算样品的钾含量。该法既快速、简便，又灵敏、准确。土壤速效钾的测定①速效钾的浸提。土壤交换性钾的浸出量决定于浸提剂的阳离子种类。用不同的畏提剂侧定土壤速效钾的结果不一致，而且稳定性也不同.应用的浸提剂有1摩尔/升NH4OAC，10环NaCI，1摩尔/升(巧NaZSO;)等。常用的为中性l摩尔/升NH.OAC漫提剂。NH;+与土壤胶体表面的K+进行交换，连同水溶性K+一起进入溶液，即为钾的浸出液。因为NH。+与K十的半径相近，以NH;+取代交换性K+时所得结果比较德定，重现性好，能将土壤交换性钾和枯土矿物固定的非交换性钾分开。同时与作物吸收钾量的相关性也较好。另一主要优点是NH40AC浸提剂对火焰光度法测钾没有干扰.②溶液中钾的测定，可直接用火焰光度法。若无火焰光度计设备，可用1摩尔/升NaN03浸提，用四苯硼钠比浊法测钾.土坡缓效性钾的测定①缓效钾的浸提.浸提法使用的浸提剂有0.5摩尔/升HCI、0.7摩尔/升Ha和6康尔/升(巧HzSO;).也可用1摩尔/升HNO:煮沸法。
