贸易贸易是自愿的货品或服务交换。贸易也被称为商业。贸易是在一个巿场里面进行的。最原始的贸易形式是以物易物，即直接交换货品或服务。现代的贸易则普遍以一种媒介作讨价还价，如金钱。金钱的出现(以及后来的信用证、钞票以及非实体金钱)大大简化和促进了贸易。两个贸易者之间的贸易称为双边贸易，多于两个贸易者的则称为多边贸易。贸易出现的原因众多。由于劳动力的专门化，个体只会从事一个小范畴的工作，所以他们必须以贸易来获取生活的日用品。两个地区之间的贸易往往是因为一地在生产某产品上有相对优势，如有较佳的技术、较易获取原材料等。贸易：凡列入海关统计的进出口货物，其贸易方式以海关的监管方式为基础进行分组，分为以下几种：1.一般贸易2.国家间、国际组织无偿援助和赠送的物资3.其他境外捐赠物资4.补偿贸易5.来料加工装配贸易6.进料加工贸易7.寄售、代销贸易8.边境小额贸易9.加工贸易进口设备10.对外承包工程出口货物11.租赁贸易12.外商投资企业作为投资进口的设备、物品13.出料加工贸易14.易货贸易15.免税外汇商品16.保税仓库进出境货物17．出口加工区18.保税区仓储转口货物19．出口加工区进口设备20.其他■贸易条件：出口商品与进口商品的交换比率。又称进出口商品比价，通常用指数表示，即进出口商品比价指数。计算公式是：贸易条件指数＝出口价格指数/进口价格指数×100。例如，以上年为基期，进出口商品价格指数均为100，一年来进出口商品价格都提高了，但提高幅度不同，出口商品价格提高10％，进口商品价格提高5％，则贸易条件指数提高。贸易条件指数较基期高，意味着出口商品价格相对于进口商品价格提高了，也即该国能以较少的出口商品换取较多的进口商品，这对该国说来是有利的，是外贸条件的改善。相反，如果进口商品价格指数提高快于出口商品，甚至出口商品价格指数不变或下降，则贸易条件指数较基期低，意味着一国要出口更多商品才能换回与原来相同的进口商品，显然这对该国是不利的，是贸易条件的恶化。通常用这种变化来作为发达国家与发展中国家之间不等价交换的一种指标。■国际贸易国与国之间进行的商品和劳务交换。对贸易当事国来说是对外贸易。各国对外贸易的总和构成世界贸易。由于现代国与国之间的货币信贷关系、科技合作关系等都以商品运动为基础，故国际贸易是现代国际经济联系的基本形式。简史国际贸易是在国际分工和商品交换基础上形成的。在奴隶社会，由于生产力低下，交通不便，商品流通量不大，国际贸易很有限，交易的商品主要是奴隶和供奴隶主消费的奢侈品。在封建社会，随着社会经济的发展，国际贸易也有所发展。这一时期，中国与欧亚各国通过丝绸之路进行国际贸易活动，地中海、波罗的海、北海和黑海沿岸各国之间也有贸易往来。15世纪末～16世纪初的地理大发现，推动了国际贸易的发展。当时参与贸易的商品主要是一般消费品和供封建主消费的奢侈品。资本主义生产方式产生后，特别是产业革命以后，由于生产力迅速提高，商品生产规模不断扩大，国际贸易迅速发展，并开始具有世界规模。从17世纪到19世纪，资本主义国家的对外贸易额不断上升。英国在国际贸易中长期处于垄断地位。当时参与国际贸易的商品主要是一般消费品、工业原料和机器设备。19世纪末进入帝国主义时期后，形成了统一的无所不包的世界经济体系和世界市场。此后，第一次世界大战的冲击和1929～1933年世界经济危机使资本主义世界经济遭到很大破坏，世界贸易额锐减并停滞不前。第二次世界大战后，国际贸易进一步扩大和发展，美国成为国际贸易中的头号大国。
