倾覆盘式真空过滤机分子式：分子量：CAS号：性质：过滤机由分配盘和轨道所组成。分配盘位于过滤机的中心；下分配盘固定在支架上，上分配盘以固定的弹簧压在下分配盘上。盘面上设有与滤盘数目相等的孔。随着支架的转动，上分配盘与滤盘一起以相同的角速度沿中心轴作水平旋转。滤盘借水轴固定在内外两个轴承上。水平轴的里是中空的，另一端装一V字形轴架。当滤盘围绕水平轴作水平旋转时，随着内外轨道的起伏，按水平轴作翻转。实际上象若干只单独吸滤盘的连续操作装置。在不断作水平旋转的滤盘中，料浆从固定之外加入滤盘，滤去液体，并经三次洗涤。洗涤用逆流方式进行，最后一次用水洗。滤盘自动翻转。压缩空气经分配盘从滤盘里面吹出，排除滤渣，然后再喷水冲洗滤布。这时滤盘又自动翻回至水平，并接通管线吸干滤布。这样，滤盘就完成一个操作循环。优点是设备性能良好，运转稳定，滤渣洗涤完全，生产能力大。缺点是磨损比较严重，管线中存在积液，占地面积大。广泛应用于磷酸工业中分离磷酸和石膏，也可用于过滤钛类颜料，处理铁钒土等，并可用于有色金属选矿和铀矿处理。有时也称盘式过滤机。
