高分子活性亚甲基化合物分子式：CAS号：性质：指含有活性亚甲基结构的高分子试剂。在有机化学中活性亚甲基的定义为邻位具有羰基的亚甲基结构，其中β-二酮是最典型的活性亚甲基化合物。亚甲基中的氢原子非常活泼，具有较强酸性，其pKa值在10左右，很容易发生烯醇异构化反应。活性亚甲基在碱性条件下可以形成负碳离子，是强亲核试剂，一种高分子化的活性亚甲基试剂可以通过苯乙酰氯与聚对羟甲基苯乙烯的酯化反应等方法制备，构成重要的固相合成试剂之一。根据其亚甲基在聚合物骨架上的容量不同，其作用也不同。高容量的高分子活性亚甲基试剂具有所谓“超浓缩效应”，分子内相邻活性基团的位置有利于发生自缩合反应；而当容量较低时，活性点之间被聚合物链隔开，具有所谓的“无限稀释效应”，活性点主要与加入的亲电试剂反应，生成取代产物。β-二酮型高分子还是重要的高分子螯合剂，如聚甲基丙烯酰丙酮可以与ZrO4+，UO22+，Cr3+，Ce3+，Cu2+等阳离子络合；其中与铜离子的络合物还是过氧化氢分解反应的高分子催化剂。
