植物鞣剂分子式:CAS号:性质:一种粉状或块状物质,由单宁(鞣质)、非单宁和不溶物组成。单宁是由含有数个酚羟基苯核的多元酚衍生物组成,结构非常复杂。单宁大分子的酚羟基可以和胶原肽链的酰氨基以氢键结合,生成多点交联而具有鞣性。植物鞣剂是制造重革(底革、带革、箱包革等)的主要鞣剂。有些植物的根、茎、叶、皮、木、果实和果壳中含有单宁,用水浸提这些植物的部分得到含单宁的浸提液,经过浓缩、干燥,制成固体块状物或粉状物,即为植物鞣剂,俗称栲胶(vegetable extract)。国产植物鞣剂有落叶松栲胶、橡宛栲胶、杨梅栲胶、柚柑栲胶和黑荆树皮栲胶等。前三种栲胶的鞣性、渗透性和填充性均好,常用于重革的鞣制。柚柑和黑荆树皮栲胶在皮中渗透快,结合也好,更适于作为轻革的复鞣剂。植物鞣剂还可作胶黏剂、金属防腐剂、水处理剂、钻探泥浆稀释剂、木材表面涂料,气体吸附剂、染渔网、保护织物,以及矿石浮选中作为方解石的抑制剂等,用途广泛。
