《维也纳条约法公约》《维也纳条约法公约》ViennaConventionontheLawofTreaties1969年5月23日订于维也纳。《公约》由联合国条约法会议于1969年5月22日通过，5月23日开始签字。共有46个国家和地区在《公约》上签字。联合国条约法会议是根据联合国大会1960年12月5日的2166号决议和1967年12月6日的2287号决议召开的，共举行2次会议。《公约》于1980年1月27日生效。到1991年12月31日止，缔约方有74个。中国尚未加入该《公约》。《公约》共分为8编，85条，1个附件。《公约》是条约法上最重要的国际公约。它集中规定了条约的缔结程序、条约法的各项基本原则和条约争端的解决方法。《公约》既是条约习惯法和国际实践的系统汇编，又对国际条约法的逐渐发展具有促进作用。
