高分子导电复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以高分子材料为基体,以高导电的金属、碳素粒子、表面金属化的无机粒子或纤维为导电相的复合材料。复合材料的电传导,一般认为是由于导电链的形成引起的,并且具有共同的特性。其一是“渗滤阈值”,即随导电性粒子的增加,开始电导率增加的极少,但达到一定含量后,其中粒子开始形成导电通路的临界情况,电导率剧增十个数量级以上;其二,电导率与温度有明显的依赖关系,随温度的上升而下降。高分子导电复合材料选择电导率范围很宽(105~10-l0S·cm-1),主要用于防静电材料、导电涂料、电磁屏蔽材料、感温元件、按键接点材料、电极材料等。
