家族性嗜血性网状细胞增生症家族性嗜血性网状细胞增生症familial hemophagocytic reticulosis又称为“家族性嗜红细胞性淋巴组织细胞增生症”(familial erythrophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis），是一种少见的常染色体隐性遗传性疾病。病理特点是全身各组织器官呈弥漫性淋巴组织细胞浸润，并有明显的吞噬(吞噬红细胞、白细胞、血小板和细胞碎片）。患儿于生后几个月内出现反复腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、烦躁等症状，6个月至1岁时突然高热、肝脾肿大、出血、黄疸，甚至惊厥，多在短期内死于出血和败血症。实验室检查全血减少、网织红正常，肝功异常，凝血酶原时间延长，血脂增高，骨髓检查可见巨噬网状细胞增多以及吞噬红细胞、白细胞、血小板及细胞碎片。
