窑法磷酸分子式：CAS号：性质：以天然磷矿为原料制取工业磷酸时，首先需还原磷矿中的磷酸盐制得元素磷，然后将元素磷燃烧获得P2O5，再用水吸收P2O5最终制得工业热法磷酸。磷矿还原为元素磷是一个强吸热过程，而元素磷燃烧生成P2O5是一个强放热过程，若将此两个互为逆过程的还原、氧化反应置于一套设备中进行，即可大幅度地降低能耗。由于采用的主要设备是窑，故称窑法。美国西方石油公司采用回转窑。中国采用隧道窑。目前均处于开发阶段，尚未实现工业化。
