低分子量聚酰胺固化剂分子式:CAS号:性质:二聚脂肪酸(如亚油酸或桐油酸)与脂肪胺(如二乙烯三胺)缩合产物。调节产物的分子量,可使其适合于各种环氧胶黏剂使用。树脂分子中含有较长的脂肪酸碳链和活性氨基,是环氧树脂的优良固化剂和增韧剂。与脂肪多胺相比,其反应活性相似,但与树脂的配比不十分严格,容易操作,挥发性小,毒性较低,对各种材料的粘接性良好。低分子聚酰胺主要用于室温固化的双组分环氧胶黏剂,随着温度升,高,强度很快下降,应用限于65℃以下。为改善高温胶接强度,可混用间苯二胺或4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷,提高热变形温度和改善耐湿热老化性。为加速常温固化反应,可加入一些促进剂如DMP-30、二甲氨基乙醇等。
