混杂增强金属基复合材料分子式:CAS号:性质:以金属为基体,以连续纤维,短纤维与颗粒或晶须混合增强的金属基复合材料,混杂的目的是为了使增强体分布更均匀和达到更好的增强效果,在连续长纤维增强金属基复合材料中混杂陶瓷颗粒(如SiC,Al2O3)可有效地牵制纤维的分布和含量。减少因纤维分布不均所造成的应力集中现象,明显改善金属基复合材料的性能,如碳纤维增强铝复合材料中加入10%的SiC颗粒,就可使拉伸强度增加20%。混合方式主要有连续纤维与颗粒、短纤维与颗粒、连续纤维与晶须等混杂增强方式,也有连续纤维与连续纤维金属丝混杂,主要以铝基、镁基混杂增强金属基复合材料为研究发展目标。
