共混胶形态特征分子式：CAS号：性质：指不同橡胶或橡胶与塑料经机械混炼后的结构形态。从各成分的混合形态来看，多为不均的“相”混合。如在共混胶中占份量多的成分，在胶相结构上形成连续相，将份量少的成分包围起来。即形成海与岛的形态。如果共混的各成分切割成互不连续的小微区，则称为交错的岛与岛的形态。混炼好的共混胶相结构尺度可达1～2μm。共混各组分的黏度对共混胶形态(即相结构)影响最大，黏度低的橡胶易形成连续相。另外，填加炭黑等填充剂，胶相结构尺度会变得细小。所以共混胶的形态特征是典型的微观多相体系。
