免疫接种免疫接种immunization将疫苗、类毒素、免疫血清或细胞免疫制剂等生物制品接种于人体以提高人体对某种传染病的特异性免疫力的措施。在人群中进行大规模的免疫接种可提高人群的免疫水平，控制和预防传染病的发生、传播和流行。免疫接种可分为自动免疫和被动免疫两种。人工自动免疫是通过接种疫苗、菌苗或虫苗(病毒制备的叫疫苗、细菌制备的叫菌苗、寄生虫制备的叫虫苗，一般统称疫苗)，使人体自动产生免疫的方法。这种免疫效果持续时间较长，可达1年以上。疫苗一般可分减毒活疫苗、灭活疫苗(死疫苗)和成分疫苗3种。减毒活疫苗一般只需接种1次，但需注意低温保存其活性。灭活疫苗常需接种多次(一般2～3次)。成分疫苗是应用病原体中最有免疫力的某种成分做为疫苗。类毒素也可包括在内。多种疫苗同时接种会产生互相干扰的作用，故儿童的各种疫苗接种应有计划地进行安排，称为计划免疫。人工被动免疫是将含有特异性抗体的免疫血清、免疫球蛋白注入人体使人体具有免疫力。这种免疫力的持续时间较短，常仅2～3周。如果用的是动物免疫血清，必须注意过敏反应。
