钾吸收钾吸收uptake of potassium(symport)进行。ATP是H+一ATP酶的底物(substrate),在ATP醉作用下消耗ATP,裂解HZO分子形成H+及OH一,H十进入细胞壁中,使其酸化;OH一留在细胞质中。在H+释放到细胞壁时,K+即进入负电荷的细胞质,因而H+能继续排出到细胞壁.叫噪乙酸(I AA)诱导细胞伸长就是与质膜H+一ATP酶的作用和K+的功能相联系的。在介质中K+浓度较低时(<1毫摩尔每升),K+的吸收是直接与组织内ATP的含量和质膜H+一ATP醉活性相联系的。土壤溶液中的K+浓度常在此范围内,故根吸收K十常是主动吸收的方式。根所吸收的钾首先是满足细胞质内钾的需要,直到钾的供应达最适水平,在最适水平以上过多的钾即转移到液泡中.液泡膜有两种H+泵,即H十泵ATP酶和无机焦碑酸酶。H十泵ATP酶以ATP为底物,催化ATP水解,将H十泵入液泡,并启动H+/阳离子反向运输(a ntiPort),使阳离子包括K十进入液泡,无专一的选择性;无机焦磷酸酶以焦磷酸(PPi)为底物,水解PPi~ZPi,并将H十泵入液泡,同样启动阳离子包括K+运入液泡。液泡如同一贮备的细胞器,其所贮备的K+在代谢需要时可转移到细胞质中(见养分的主动吸收)。K+的被动吸收在土壤溶液中K+浓度较高时,K十的吸收可能为被动过程,它可沿电化学势梯度扩散,通过K+一通道或载体入内。K十通道由一些内嵌运翰蛋白形成,它比载体蛋白对离子的周转率更大。四乙基饭化氨(TEA一Cl)能阻碍K十通道,在介质中K+浓度较高时,用TEA一Cl处理就使K+的吸收受到抑制.1985年Kochian等用玉米根所做的试验表明约抑制75%。根对K+的吸收速度受根内K十浓度及地上部对K十的需要程度等的影响。当根组织内K+浓度增高时,K十吸收和H十净排出的速度即减低;根组织内K十浓度降低时则反之。当地上部对K+的需要量增加时,例如蛋白质合成过程加强、地上部生长旺盛时,根内K十通过木质部运到地上部的量增加,则根吸收K十的速度亦加快,有自动调节的性质。(饶立华)TP钾吸收(uptake of potassium)植物细月介质中摄取钾(K)的过程。植物吸收钾的主要部咬根,吸收钾的形态是K十.其吸收方式有主动吸收刁动吸收两种。主动吸收要消耗能t,通过膜结喂H十一ATP酶;被动吸收不需要能t供应.可沿电月势梯度进行。两种方式中主动吸收常占主导地位。K+的主动吸收主动吸收是直接与根内的产含量及根细胞质膜H十一ATP酶的作用相联系的.H+一ATP酶的作用下,K十的吸收可能通过H十/K换、K+单向运输(uniport)或H+一K+共诬从是被的学﹃皿一丫‘nH﹄l匕r曰在交翰
